The "Project Password" should have been given to you by the survey coordinator at your school. Your "Username" and "Personal Password" are needed should you not be able to complete the survey in one sitting and need to return. If you forget this information, the system will use your e-mail address to send it to you.

Please tell us the position(s) you occupy with respect to this school. This is a key part of the analysis of the survey responses. It allows the system to compare perceptions of different groups. In order to respect individual confidentiality, no comparisons will be reported for groups that have five or fewer members.
